SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We send all our orders out directly through Australia Post.
Every package has its own unique tracking number which you will be send within a couple days of it being posted so you can track it.
There are unfortunately still a fair few delays here and there for certain states due to the struggles with border closures.
But feel free to send us an email if you have any concerns about your purchase.

We are a small business with big ideas so please bare with us if we take a few days to get your packages out to you.
You can select express post if you want your package sooner.
Our aim is to keep our customers happy so that they come back time and time again and spread the word on our fabulous Solar Buddies.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you find that you are not entirely happy with your Solar Buddies when they arrive, please send us an email at hello@solarbuddiesaustralia.com.au. Please make sure that you include your order number and give as much detail about why you are not happy with your purchase.

We have a very straightforward refund or exchange policy so that we can build trust and reassure you that you can buy with confidence.
If your purchase arrives damaged in some way or is missing any parts please also contact us immediately we will do everything we can do make sure a replacement is sent out to you swiftly. But please note every order in hand packed so as much quality checking as possible is done before an order even goes out of the door.

We do not pass your details on to any third parties and we will not fill your inbox with pointless sales emails.
We do use third-party banking to verify payment, and we have recently made the decision to not use paypal anymore.

You can mix and match your colours and order quantities.
